| Their first album proper, Silver Sun don't mess with their formula much but come out smelling sweet due to James Broad's knack for writing classy pop songs with a bite. "Golden Skin" kicks the doors open and the band never lets up. "Julia," "Dumb," "Service" and "Bad Haircut" join the list of top-notch Silver Sun songs, with nothing on the album falling below the quality control limits set by their first batch of singles.
